Mayfair Diagnostics Castleridge

I would totally recommend this place and it open on Sunday as well! The medical team is really good, modern devices and fast testing time. Totally worth visiting place other side of the city.

Management : Please try to keep reception team more organised and focused on patients with an enthusiasm, as I didn't find much of these elements yesterday.

Efficient, clean and professional. Friendly and helpful staff. With an appointment I was in and out in no time at all.

Had to get an Urgent x-ray and ultrasound. Walked in and they had 2 ultrasound appointments that were canceled. I was able to get both done right away! (I know I was extremely fortunate the time was available exactly when I needed it. )

I made an appointment here to get an ultrasound on a Sunday ( pleasantly surprised they were even open!) Staff were very friendly and I was in and out with maybe a 3 minute wait to get in! The imaging tech was really sweet and respectful. I totally reccomend this location 😊

We reached 7 minutes late due to weather and we were standing in line for another 5 min they asked go and wait inside few minutes later I was told to rebook. I waited three weeks for this appointment and took day off. It’s just not fair how I was treated. So easy for them to just tell you to rebook. It’s all about business and no empathy anymore. Front line only had one lady checking in people. Very upset!!

i really like that place i take my dad their for his medical. The girl name was Saba she was very polite and helpful.she knows how to treat people. i really want to talk to her manger but she went for meeting. that why i have to write that she was great. i hope i got her name correct seba or saba she make my day so funny and cute

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Front desk went smoothly even though it was quite busy and parking was decent. My mammogram technician Manda was absolutely amazing! Mammograms are far from my favorite (but necessary) but she managed to make me feel at ease and laugh through the exam. Quick, gentle and extremely efficient. Never thought I'd say the best mammogram I've ever had! Will chose this location again for future test.

Wow finally a medical place that really cares and makes you feel like a human not a number. The staff at the front desk actually welcome you and the technicians and Doctors are amazing. It seems odd to rave about a diagnostic place but if you need any of the tests offered there go to Mayfair Diagnostics in Castleridge. Excellent staff and a very caring place.

Horrible!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!! Ultrasound Technician. most technicians in other Diagnostics and other technicians were very kind and explained ultra sound procedures and noticed the gel would be cold . The technician 10:55 June 14 was unprofessional, terrible and horrible one. During the exam, my wife told "it is so painful and discomfort of the technician movement with the stick in body. The technician responded "You don't want this exam, I don't know why you are feeling "pain". How possibly asking like this ? Your immature and rough movement cause the pain!!!!! Any patience, you better avoid this Mayfair Diagnostics. or donnt choose this one. If you wanted to know who she was email me.

Very efficient and caring clinic. No waiting I was in and out in no time. The staff was very caring and chatted with me about dogs and puppies so I wasn't as aware of the injections as they were being administered. I felt at ease very quickly and I was tense going in. I hate needles but I really didn't feel much of anything.

I came here for an 8AM appointment and hadn't had anything to eat that morning because I needed to fast before an ultrasound. I was expecting to be the only person at that time but their were others waiting I checked in and was informed to head to a 2nd waiting room I headed to the back and it was packed though names were being called quickly. My name was called and I followed the tech. He was rude and had no etiquette, most would expect a explanation of what was being done. I had to bite my tongue, I wanted to tell him to get some manners and learn some people skills. When the exam was over I put my shirt on and left I wanted to speak with a manger but it would have been a scene. If the wasn't for the appointment being on time this would have been a 1 Star review.

I have always been partial to this clinic. Have alays had a great experience. Always done on time and sometimes ahead of time. Excellent staff. Excellent experience. Lots of parking.
