Unfortunately, my experience here was mixed, so the highest I can give is a 3 Star. The parking concierge was excellent, very friendly. The front staff were fantastic, also very friendly. My ultrasound technician was wonderful too. I wish I could stop here, but I was also there to have a mammogram.
As a sat in the next designated waiting area, all I could hear were the technicians in their break room talking much too loudly about other patients and their files!!! They were acting very unprofessionally and also discussed their private lives and it made me very uncomfortable to be there. My suggestion would be at the very least keep you voices down and to close the door! Turned out, my tech was one of the gossipers, so my appointment was quite a bit more uncomfortable than it should have been. I will not be returning for a mammogram there in the future.

Their general phone line, which is available after daytime working hours doesn't book exercise stress testing. To book this test you have to phone another number, which is only available between 08:00 am to 04:00 pm, which is normal working hours for most of us. When I was finally able to phone the number that they require, I was put on hold because there was nobody available and, after waiting for several minutes, I was directed to their voice mail! They want to talk to you about the medications that you are taking, etc, before they book the appointment. What if you can't talk to them during normal working hours? You are screwed!

Excellent service, minimal wait time (about 5 minutes) and most important I felt like I was viewed as a person not a chart. The staff who did my initial mammogram and the follow up ultra sound technician was fabulous. The most important aspect was the thouroghness of the exams and the steps the staff took to get my past records to indicate if any change had happened since my records from another province. I requested a follow up phone call from the doctor who was looking and diagnosing my mammogram, ultra sound and past records. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call and confirm results as well as future plan of action. Extremely impressed with all aspects of service from Mayfair Diagnostics. Thank you

Honestly the thought of getting a needle into my shoulder joint was giving me anxiety but the doctor doing the injection explained it very clearly. The MRI was explained. The people were very nice, informative and answered any question I had. It was as nice as can be and still have the words 'big needle' in the review. :) I could almost live in the waiting room. Wow.

Efficient, cordial, parked, registered, had MRI back in my truck in and out in a 1/2 hour. Appointment was booked 1 day prior! (Health system booked my appointment in June 2017 to happen in Feb. 2018.) The fee was a great value worth every penny.

Always friendly staff to greet you and book you in .nice waiting room where you go for CT scans .free coffee, cookies and bottled water....good informed staff ..keep up the good work !!

The clinic was very professional, and compassionate at the same time. I had no idea what to expect, as the last time I had this "day surgery" procedure was in the hospital in Singapore - the experience here was such a pleasant surprise. Did not make it any less pleasant with regards to pain or discomfort, however because it was more personalized it made me feel more relaxed; nice change from the the impersonal, sterile feel!
I would, without hesitation, recommend this clinic.
