Really nice not having to wait very long, friendly and helpful staff. Good Job!

All the staff were pleasant and efficient. I had two tests, and I was done in less than 30 minutes.

I felt the lady doing my ultrasound was not only friendly and professional but I also felt she listened to my issues/concerns/symptoms regarding the reason I was getting an ultrasound... And I felt she went above and beyond to be sure she got the images needed to lead to a diagnosis with out having to have a return visit. I wish I could remember her name... because if it was possible to request a specific ultrasound person I would request her every time.
The entire staff was friendly and professional... Also because of the convenient location and no wait time I didn't have to take any time off work!!!
Truly a 5 star experience!

I went for a morning appointment. There was no delay for my appointment time. The appointment was thorough and the results were quickly reported. I was on my way again in no time. The staff were all very pleasant as well.

I reviewed with one star but it is not showed up!!!! do not believe the number of stars. It is all fake at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, what I like to say is " this Mayfair Diagnostics is horrible!!! horrible!!! horrible!!!!!!!!! Most technicians in other offices explained the diagnostic procedure or notice "the gel would be cold for you" The technician 10:55 June 14 was absolutely unprofessional, terrible, horrible and etc etc etc!!!!!!

No explanation!!! No consideration!!! No professional!!! No care!!!! of Patients

During the exam my wife told the ultrasound technician "it is so painful in body" The technician " I dont know why you are feeling pain and you dont want this exam?"

what ? is it the normal way to treat patients in Mayfair Dignostics?

Aren't you supposed to ask where, why or how? if someone is feeling or saying "discomfort" during any exam,

You, patients better dont choose this Mayfair Diagnostic. If you wanted to know who she was email me I can say ethnic at least.

Super friendly staff and technicians

Quick and easy friendly staff. Only downside is the fact that noones ever at the phone and the locations downtown so if you drive its paid parking.

The staff was considerate and polite, very friendly, would recommend, RC diagnostics 👍
