Here's Chinese male technician had terrible, rude service ever.
Never go with him. He ruined my whole day.

Staff are very friendly and the technicians are competent, compassionate and gentle. Also, appointments are on time (very important when you have a full bladder). All in all a great clinic!

Went for my Mammogram last week and was totally surprised by the horrible service I received by the technician.. So rude, didn't say a friendly word just do this and do that and you can go ... Seriously show some compassion .. Never ever have I experienced that in a different location not going back there for sure!!

Unfortunately a busy reception makes for a stressful start, but the staff in X ray, and Ultrasound knew what they were doing, understood my concerns, walked me through the procedures at hand and made me feel comfortable throughout. Well done.

I was seen to at the appointed time for an ultrasound and the staff made sure that I was able to have an X-ray immediately following the ultrasound; I had expected to wait as there are no appointments necessary for X-rays. The staff were friendly, the waiting room, recently refurbished, was a pleasant room to wait your turn.

Horrible Experience. Refused service after waiting for two weeks because I was 4 minutes late due to no signage outside the building. Called customer service. No help or accommodation. Rebooked at Canada Diagnostics.

Very clean, efficient and friendly.
