As always, friendly professional staff and mechanics. This time my representative was Dee, she was super. It was warranty work, done quickly and well. Very impressed and on my way!

Took my car in for an oil change because their rates were very good (around 40$). My Toyota is old (mid-80s) and as such it shows its age. Needless to say, it gets some stares from staff and onlookers as I drive it into the service bays. Despite this, staff were very courteous and both me and my car were treated with the utmost respect. Thank you Mayfield Toyota for your professionalism. I will be back again!

Very Disappointed. Saturday took my Highlander in for an oil change when finished I went to the vehicle and saw my rear window wiper out of position. Started the vehicle and turned on the wiper and it wouldn't move. Went back in and they said it was broken. It was noted on the Tech's inspection sheet but not mentioned to me by the service writer. It worked fine yesterday. Don't know what happened but they received the vehicle in working order and returned it broken. Then they quoted about $500 to repair it. Sure looks like a fishy story to me, maybe a scam. Not sure I trust them. I'll be making some phone calls start of the week. This story's not over.

Well I guess now it’s over, I’ve been put on ignore.

It’s been a few emails and a couple of phone calls to Mayfield Toyota and there has not been a response to my concerns or questions. I’m still waiting for a response of any type. It’s as if they don’t care about customer service or repeat business. Apparently I and my business are not as valuable as others. This is most disappointing. Guess I’ll need to find another dealer who is will appreciate my business and take the time to work with me.

Buyers beware of Mayfield Toyota. I’ve just watched CBC Marketplace “How Not to Fix Your Car” episode and now I think Mayfield Toyota purposely Sabotaged my vehicle to purposely up-sell me to do a repair that was not needed. That in fact, I believe they were trying to rip me off after they did something to my rear wiper. They quoted me $634.00 for repairs they created. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!

I was treated very well at Mayfield Toyota when I took my RAV4 in for servicing. The service manager showed me how to get a synthetic change oil for a lower price by using an alternate recommended oil. Suggested service on issues needing attention were pointed out to me in a professional manner with no pressure sales feel. I will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service. Always friendly staff. They remind us when services are due, which is appreciated. Courtesy vehicle gets one back home or the office and later returns to take one back to Mayfield, a valued service as we only have one car now. Their detailing is excellent. Our present Camry is the second Camry we have purchased from Mayfield and the price was very good.

I would highly recommend seeing Andy Lam if you are looking for your next vehicle. He really went above and beyond for me and was extremely friendly and professional. He made me feel like I was actually valued as a customer and kept going the extra mile just to keep my business. His customer service really stood out to me as I was shopping around several dealerships this past week!

I had such an amazing experience in Mayfield Toyota for a new car purchase. Dealt with Michael Lampa and Desiree and their customer service is phenomenal and they will do anything to make sure you leave the dealership happy. Thanks for the awesome experience.

Purchased a new car from there, with a remote starter and other features.. After 2 years when both key fobs from the remote starter stopped working they told me that the "bumper to bumper" warranty of the new car doesn't cover the remotes because it's not a Toyota product. The remote starter came with the new car that I got from them... I didn't ask what brand it is. I wonder what other parts are not Toyota and not covered by warranty.... I booked an oil change and they suggested I should change the spark plugs and cooling fluid... at 30000 km?!?! The representative also said I can go to a different dealership if I don't agree with what they suggested... I will do that!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Mayfield. I've had my car serviced there for years and they always did a good job. Most recently when I needed a vehicle, I sought assistance from a friend who works in the industry who referred me to Phi Nguyen. Phi did not disappoint. It's easy to see why he was recommended. Actually all the people I encounter at Mayfield are friendly and helpful. Thank you Phi and Kirk!
