I am pleased to announce that High Commissioner for Pakistan to Canada (Tariq Azim Khan) along with Consular General Vancouver (Dr. Muhammad Tariq) will be visiting Edmonton on May 7th, 2017.
... PCA Edmonton has scheduled following two important events for the community.
1. Inauguration of Pakistan Community Centre, Edmonton - Refreshments will be Served 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Pakistan Community Centre, Edmonton - 9226 39 Ave NW Edmonton
2. Donor Appreciation Dinner and Musical Evening - Guest of Honour: H. E. We had our company lafarge and wells christmas party. The venue decor and service was great. The food was awesome. Definitely booking all our parties with maharaja and sultan banquet hall. They were accommodating our needs for the party. Great team work Tariq.

Truly one of the best halls ever! My lil sis did an amazing dance performance at the hall and service was excellent.

Great experience! I was invited by my friend to watch the Manny Pacquiao Fight LIVE on screen at the Maharaja Banquet Hall. The place looks fabulous, and would recommend it to a friend for future events.

Food was great! The outside of the building don't look like much but inside the place was beautiful n clean. Staffs were very pleasant too. =]

maharaja is an awesome place for parties and events..luvd the food and service at all time..love the ambience and space for kids to play..personal preference for all events ..

Big event for MP Sohi, nice decoration sound system and all. But having one food station? With over 400 people!!!! We went for lunch somewhere else, lined up for more than 20 Minutes.....

The owner has managed to ruin my sisters wedding single handedly. My sister booked the banquet hall for May 30th and had put her deposit to hold the date in September. Invites have been sent etc. The owner decides to tell my sister on May 16th that she can no longer have her reception at maharaja banquet hall as they have double booked and the other party has 1000 guests therefore my sister has to find another venue 2 and a half weeks before her wedding. How is it that they did not know they double booked until 2 and half weeks prior to the event? What kind of management skills is that also the owner doesn't care that he broke his contract with my sister and fiancé because he's making more money with the party with 1000 guests. Clearly a business run without any ethics or morals. This disgusts me that there are people that run businesses like this. My sister has spent days crying over this crap when she should be a happy bride before her wedding. The owner has caused undue stress for my sister and family as we now have to look for another venue 2 weeks prior to the wedding and have to inform all our guests. People should be aware before booking as they do NOT HONOUR A CONTRACT or keep their word and could tell you weeks prior to your event that you can no longer use the facility.

Horrible horrible service. Every event that I've been to has had unacceptable service. Wouldn't recommend at all.
