They must read these as they seem to have had some turnover and are showing a marked improvement over my last few visits. My food has been warm and accurate..i would rate them higher but they have a poor track record with me..

Waited in the drive through for almost 15 min in the evening so after the dinner rush
for a simple order and still got served cold fries and no sauce for my mcnuggets.

This is by far the slowest McDonald's in the city. I've waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee. This location need to do better. If I could give 0 starts I would.

-slow service even when not busy. Up to 15 minutes waiting for an order to be made is not uncommon
-frequent staff turnover and rotation causing understaffing and negligent staff
-occasionally out of stock on certain items
-don't always get orders correct. Try to keep it really simple or it will cause confusion due to incompetence and long wait times
-they only seem to have one or two copies of the newspaper and often yesterday's is still out.
-despite these issues staff is often loudly talking in the back showing a lack of care whatsoever for their job or the condition of the establishment
-tables are often empty but need to be wiped down more frequently as they are visibly dirty

Service is usually slower than other locations despite not being busy. Staff seems to rotate frequently and this location is sometimes seemingly understaffed. This location is also occasionally out of stock on certain items and they don't always get orders correct. Tables are all often empty but need to be wiped down more frequently. Overall this location is subpar by any standards.

To summarise, plan ahead and make sure you verify that your order has been made correctly before you dart back to work to avoid further frustration. This is a blue-collar location and most of the customers jump in and out on short break times.

Worst Mcdonalds in Calgary. Always backed up, staff is slow at the busiest of times. They will complete your order and then not call your number and serve the people after you first while your order is waiting then apologize for it taking so long. Not impressed with this location but closest to work.

Overall a decent location, but for the love of god, if you have a customer that asks for something extra and you bill them for something extra, make sure you GIVE them that something extra. 4th time asked (and paid for) an extra dressing for my salad and 4th time it has not been in my bag. My fault, I suppose, for not reminding the window staff to recheck my order. Didn't know I was responsible for fulfilling my own order though.

Nice McDonald's. Good for quick meal

They must be readings their reviews as their service has increased, they got my last few orders right, were quick and have paid more attention to there customers and cleanliness.

Waiting twenty minutes for a McD's for a simple big mac meal. they just ignore us the whole time !!
