The service is slow. It took them 20 minutes to get our food for just a chicken wrap. The people that were there were getting mad because of the service and how long they were taking.

Just coffee snd a sausage mcmuffin. A little crusty

Great food. Fast service. Cheap food.

Doesn't take multiple orders from the same car in the drive through. Staff seems to avoid helping at the in store front counter. Language barrier is ~often~ an issue, but still better than the burger king in Airdrie.

Five star for friendly staff. 1 star for McDonald's . We tried the table service experience. Took 15 minutes to get food. The front entrance is designed poorly with the self serve kiosks right at the entrance causing crowding at the door. In order to use the restrooms, you had to ring a doorbell to unlock the door. The doorbell would ring but no one would unlock the door, which left me repeatedly hearing the door bell ring until someone finally acknowledged it and opened it for the customer. Why not just leave the bathroom doors accessible to your guests ? Will not be back to this location.

1) routinely runs out of menu items, and today was no exception - ordered four pies, two apple, two chocolate, but they had no chocolate, so I replaced with two berry and two apple. I get to the window, they tell me they ran out of apple, so I had to order 4 berry (either they didn't check when I ordered, or they gave my pies to someone else, I don't know). You'd think if it happens routinely, they'd add a hundred or so to each of their orders so incidents like these happen far less frequent.
2) with my order, were two burgers (quarter pounder blts). I get home, and my burger had no patty.
NOT impressed. Poorly run restaurant, in nearly every regard.

Popular and usually quick with orders. The downside is that alot of beggers seem to find their way in during the day

This location consistently forgets the sauce for the McNuggets and almost never gets our order right. They're on my way home from work but I think I'll be going out of my way to another location near my house from now on. There has been too many mistakes for no reason. The staff here literally does not care about if their customers are happy.

The place is not clean . tables are not wiped off often. Staffs are slow. Washrooms are the most dirtiest washrooms I've been into. Wouldn't recommend any decent families to stop by.
