i love going to this mcdonalds because of this curly haired girl!!! She’s so funny, she was making jokes my whole order and usually the employees here aren’t funny and i have to pretend they are, not with her!! amazing eye contact with her dragon eyes🐉 hope she gets a raise. she said her name was lina. the food was good too. 10/10 would recommend.

The best McDonald’s for a night snack. There quick and efficient. Watch out its easy to miss the left on there drive through. Its very steep if you go straight.

Honestly one of the best McDonalds I've been to. I travel a lot for work and come through Whitecourt often. This place is the fastest, cleanest, and friendliest! Kudos to you all at Whitecourt McDees!

Very unhappy. I come to this location often as it's close to work and convenient, but I think I will go out of my way to go further from now on because I have never had my order correct here. This morning I ordered a sausage mcgriddle with 2 hash browns, a medium double double coffee, and a yogurt parfait.
Simple order, right? Well apparently not for these guys. NOT ONLY did it take 10-15 minutes for me to even get my order, but my order was completely wrong after they assured me that everything in the bag was correct to my order. I got to work, and realized they hadn't only given me one hash brown and it was stale, my coffee was definitely NOT a double double.. it was like lukewarm sugar water.... my breakfast sandwich was the wrong breakfast sandwich... they gave me an egg mcmuffin with ham in a mcgriddle paper.... and to top it all off, my yogurt was completely frozen and had no spoon, and no granola!!!!

I am NOT impressed at all!!!

Had my grandson with us and he charmed his way into Selina's heart! She is fantastic!

We frequent this McDonald's most Fridays for tea and coffee after dinner. A Group of 4 of us. Selina makes a fresh pot of decaffeinated coffee when she sees is!

The restaurant is usually clean. So are the bathrooms. Always pleasant staff.

Food is always hot and served pretty quick.

Some people say this is the best McDonald's in town.
That's like being the fastest kid at fat camp.

Food was ok when I finally got my meal. It took 40 mins.they only had 2 staff members work and if the food preparation person did not come out to help it would have taken longer.

waited 5 mins and no sever at the till. tried to use the self-serve machine and machine was failed. waited at the till again the sever serve 2 customers in front of me then she walked away. When I was thinking of giving up finally another sever came up. end up I waited 15 mins to just to order.

The worst possible service...ever...they should call it SLOW food. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken although there was only 1 person in front of us ordering one drink and then another 40 minutes to actually get our food! Service is faster in a restaurant than at this McDonald's. Will NEVER come back.
