Mcdonald'S

I would say this is the worst McDonald's I've been to but I've been to a few bad ones lately. Salad was 2hrs past due (photo attached) and they tried to slip in dressing with no cashews and not say anything. When I asked they spent some time trying to sort out if it even has nuts (!?) and then offered me sundae peanuts or croutons. Not the first time this sort of thing has happened at this location either. Their under 3.0 rating is well earned. 5 Guys is across the street, Smashburger just down the road and a pretty decent A&W at other end of 130th. You have better options.

This location is always busy but even when it's quieter than usual, wait times seem excessive. The drink machine area is almost always a mess, there's often no napkins etc and it's just looks like no-one maintains it. If you're in a big hurry, probably best to find a different location. They need better expeditors to keep customers flowing. Speed it up?

If there was a zero star option....
Went thru drive thru.... 3 egg Mcmuffins combos, 2 without cheese, 11am, no problem..... Told to park, behind 3 other vehicles that are parked and waiting.... 9 minutes later, and countless vehicles that have gotten their food, the first 3 start getting their food run out to them by a manager... 11 minutes and I get my food.... I didn't say anything, wasn't rude, but I would have appreciated an apology? For the delay, but I got "have a nice day".... And 1 with no cheese 1 with cheese, and 1 with double cheese......

Never coming back

As far as McDonald's go this one is top notch. Clean, contemporary decor; friendly staff; and, order accuracy is pretty consistent.

Slow service - don't stop if you've got somewhere to be! I've lived in the area for almost 6 years and I keep going back after a few months hiatus hoping they've found some efficiency - always to be disappointed. Whether drive through or walk in service is slow - I only ever order coffee - I've received it warm instead of hot because of the wait in the drive through several times. Also - why they insist on scheduling their deliveries that require the drive through to be shut down during morning Rush hour on Mondays and sometimes Fridays is beyond me. They needed to renovate their processes not the dinning room.

They try to satisfy. Clean premises. But very slow food delivery.

This location for some reason just consistently gives out cold or not so fresh products if you don't go during meal rush hours. Over the last 5 years I have been a patron and we go because it is close to where we live, but it is disappointing. Just had a baked pie given to me that was 2.5 hours passed it best used by time and was soggy. I hope management for this location is reading reviews, please get better, you are giving McD a bad rep.

With the odd exception, I've typically had acceptional service at this location. Friendly staff. Well organized. Fast drivethrough.

This mcdonald's is always terrible for food quality. The staff are reasonably helpful and nice, and there is seldom a wait, but the food is often cold, and unseasoned. Thank you for the effort!
