The service is terrible at this location. The people they hire don't even understand what customer service or how to help people. Maybe thats how to treat people in other parts of the world but doesn't fly here. It's so bad the corporation should look into the ownership and management at this location, I don't know how this business is run, definately not like any other McDonalds I've ever visited.
I can't stand the drive thru at this place. It's ridiculous. They simply don't have the space for two proper lanes. Not sure if some idiot in Vancouver designed it for smart cars or owner is just greedy. I'm leaning toward owner greed based on the type of staff they hire as well.
The experience is so poor here, drive thru, in store, talking to staff, that I've literally sworn off McDs forever. Not just this location but ever going to another McDs again. Just such an awful experience I can't get it out of mind and could never, ever , fathom giving any money to the golden arch corporation to support this type of treatment. HORRIBLE.
Literally go anywhere else or just go hungry. You'll be happier.

Lots of attitude. I noticed for the first time they do sandwiches bare hands!!! Its super crowded most of the time with college students. The vibe is just awkward. Also, the ppl working there can bump into you with a push and not even apologize !

Slowest drivethru in the city. Order a chees burger and they make you go sit in the parking lot for 5-10 mins. Then if you dont move they get super pissed at you and start yelling the coloro of your car. Yes this is blue car blue car making this review just so the manager Aman know who blue car blue car is.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. I got lots of attitude from the person on the drive thru window because the car in front of me wasn't pulled up far enough for me to reach the speaker. When i finally was able to order I she just responded 'second window' in an extremely sassy attitude. I got to the window and she didn't even look at me to give me my coffee (which was the only thing I ordered). With no goodbye or anything she walked away. I understand it was moderately busy, but being in the customer service industry myself, I was extremely taken back from the lack of care or service from this staff. All I could think was "I'm sorry that my one coffee order was such a burden for you". This is not the first time this has happened and I'm pretty sure I won't be coming back.

I find their coffee always tastes watered down and does not carry the rich McD flavour found in other locations. Sugar and cream taste artificial as well. It's always been this way so I do not think it's just a random bad brew, but the way they do it, either deliberately or without knowing how to make proper coffee.

I guess I only come here because it is close to my work area. I'm not sure why though. This location is with out a doubt the worst one in the city. They never and I mean never get anything right the first time. From simple things like missing straws, to complete order disasters. My son's grill cheese sandwich had no cheese. Hahaha. Just 2 pieces of bread. Lol. Horrible wait times. 22 minutes for a walk-in coffee. Morons.

Used to be one of the best locations, but it is horrible now.

Great service, wait time is good, from a couple of minutes in the morning to few minutes at lunch time which is to be expected due to the busy lunch hour. very clean, friendly staff, good atmosphere,

Newly renovated, looks nice. Has a history of slow service for me, it continues despite the shiny new look.
