Mcdonald'S

Truly one of the worst McDonald's in Calgary. Some of the staff are awesome, and the rest need further training. Expect to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru especially at dinner time. Order a large fry if you would like a small. The portion in the large box is equivalent. Cold fries, copious amounts of mayo on quarter blt. Have had to throw food out. Had stopped going here for about 6 months. Decided to try again recently... My mistake. Nothing changed.
I have gone inside to order as well. This experience was troubling. They have automated machines taking the place of order takers. One register one person manning it. Two auto machines and two employees encouraging you to use them cause it's "quicker". What about the two young people that could have had a job instead???

The people who work here are friendly but the parking lot need to be cleaned better in the handicap parking it was very icy. The play area needs to be designed better. I tripped and fell and my daughter-in-law is hadicapped and she tripped on the raised floor.

Usually just get coffee in the morning. Went for lunch today and was not great. Cold fries, McChicken was without lettuce and no sauce for kids nuggets. Will go to subway next time....cheaper and won't have the stomach ache after

The couple of times I've gone here, it's been a bad experience.
The first time: The meat was dry and over the 15 minute holding period.
The second time: My Big mac did NOT have the big mac bun, instead had the regular bun. The meat was dry like before aswell. I was the only one in line and there were no drive thru orders.
The third I decided to order a couple Jr, Chickens, They meat was good but the lettuce had a couple brown spots.

For breakfasts though, they are spectacular. Always fast and fresh.

This is one of the worst McDonald's in Calgary. I wait several minutes at the window while they get my coffee and danish. They don't even have to cook anything!! My order is almost always wrong and frankly, I only go there because there isn't another near and not many food choices in my area. McD's as a chain needs to go back to the old ways and cook fresh food and have employees that can move faster.

Been here several times. One of the slowest McDonald's ever. Not joking. This is THE SLOWEST. Has not changed in 3 years, at least they are consistent with how slow they are.

I went inside today to order a couple of filets (with coupon) and instead of waiting in line at the till, a lady was there to help me with the automated machine. She took care of everything and a few minutes later my fish sandwiches were fresh and ready to go.

The staff I encountered were fantastic. In particular a young man named Bailey and a woman named Vanessa. They went above and beyond to make sure our visit with 3 young children was as good as it could be.

Don't order a McCarafe... you'll blow their minds!

Took 12 minutes to get 10 cups of coffee. When it was ready, they couldn't find a box, so they took the one on public display and used it, covered in what looked like a couple of weeks of dust.

In the intervening time, they didn't get any of the other accoutrement ready, so then once the dusty box of coffee was filled, THEN started putting cups, stir sticks and sugar together. I left without cream out of shear frustration. What had taken me no more time than a drive thru order at the MacLeod x 38th location.

Typical of the horrible organization of this location I've experienced in previous visitS to this location. What was supposed to a quick treat for my colleagues has explitived my morning up. Late, frustrated and no cream.
