This location more often than not is a disappointment for the McDonalds experience. This coming from someone who loves McDonalds.

Absolute worst Mcdonalds in the Calgary area. Every single time I make the mistake of going here it turns into a 45 minute problem. I would recommend never ever ever ever go here. Clearly the owner does not give a flying f otherwise this nonsense would be solved. If corporate had any balls whatsoever they would shut the place down.

This is one of the few McDonald’s that I found that don’t over-cook or flash cook the eggs. Wanted to mention my coffee is always been fresh people have always been friendly. ( 11pm-4pm shift). Keep it up guys i pass two other McDonald’s on my way to get here for decent breakfast sandwich.

Some guy was sleeping on a bench table. And then all you hear is him clear his throat and spit on the floor. I was gone so fast. Also i heard that this place is crazy on weekends due to it being next to a bar/nightclub. The nuggets where the same as anyother mcdons, and fries. So the food is what you would expct but the experice.

Okay, when you order something, before you leave the restaurant, CHECK to see if it's in the bag. Missing a 5 & 10 nugget order. I drove ALL THE WAY BACK to the place after I got home.

I wanted a refund and you'd think that'd be easy... nope!

First I was offered a free meal. I said no.
Next, a credit on my debit card. I said okay but nope they then said they couldn't do that.

Next I was offered 20 nuggets. No.

Next I got the assistant manager, the one who actually packed my meal, he said they don't DO refunds and offered me store credit....really? 🙄

I said, yet again, I'd like my money refunded.

My money was THEN refunded finally, $12 & change.

I wouldn't go here if I had the choice but my kids still like it. I'll be explaining how angry I was over the above bs.

Never had I had SUCH a run around over a simple transaction but I get it, giving cash back looks awful on you but do you think I'll be willing to come back now over the few $'s you tried to keep from me?

Staff are helpful and offered to show me how to use the self checkouts. Customer orders made without mistake.

Be careful there truck driver at 8.30 pm wednesday 12 2017 like to yell at customers even when its not interfering with him or his ability to get out of the parking lot he apparently works for ranchmans to.Good. I should file assault charges against this guy. The attitude of an employee is a reflection on that company this guy needs coaching about what his job is and what concerns him.

Worst McDonald's ever. it took 15 minutes to get my very simple order (2 standard meal deals) and when I inquired as to why the long wait the manager did not even reply; just turned her back to me. unbelievable.

Everytime we come here the service is extremely slow. There can be 1 person inside and nobody in the drive through and you still have to wait 5+ minutes to get your order placed then another 5 or so minutes to get your food. It seems like they have 1 person running the entire show taking orders and cooking. This is based on 10 + visits here. They need to hire a couple more people or train staff better
