Quick but sometimes a minor issue like: no napkins, forget to ask if we need ketchup etc

Just like any McD's, tastes like it should. Ketchup dispenser was empty and tables dirty, young kid at counter seemed pretty new. Not bad, not great but a decent stop if you need a bite.

I noticed a little trick that these guys pull. When you order a breakfast meal, they ask if you want the hashborwn. I said yes I do. What I realized when I went to pick up my order is that there are two hashbrowns. This is the 2nd time this has happened so I asked about it. The lady who took my order said "I asked if you would like the extra hashbrowns for an upcharge and you said yes." That is BS. There was no mention about an extra charge. I assumed when she asked me "would I like to add a hashbrown" it was if I wanted it to be anded to my order. No add.mote. The other lady said I have to be more careful to review my order better next time. This interaction irritated me pretty good. The big fast food chain has a simple trick to make extra cash.

Visit daily. Know all the staff by name and they treat me like family. Awesome service and quick turnaround with consist high quality food. Kudos!

The food was good. It had to be brought to my table because some of my items took time. My only criticism is the disabled parking spot. It's 6 parking stalls from the door and there is no drop in the curb to allow for a wheelchair or walker. C'mon get with the times.

Stopped in today on the way to watch my cousin play lacrosse at the soccer dome... Not sure how long the fries had been sitting there but absolutely disgusting and soggy. Main reason for going, very disappointing. Burger also tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Not expecting much when I go McDonald's but today was a low point.

I waited extra time for them to finish making my hash browns, when I got to work there were no hash browns in the bag. How hard is that to accomplish?

Normal McDick's processing, 'cept was charged 10¢ for mayonnaise, unlike other McDick's I frequent..

Management sucks, staff is slow and does not seem to care, I got barked at to use the kiosk to order by a supervisor or whatever because I was at the till and Noone wanted to take the order. Even though it was a cash only transaction. Overall. 1 out of 5 stars for poor management skills
