Busy location, I ordered at the kiosk got one of the new chicken burgers. Did table service. My food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the lady who bought my food was pleasant. Can't ask much more then that from a fast food restaurant with table service included. Good work, it's not an easy job! And for was good!

Stuck in the drive through line up for 10 minutes just to find out I could not order a shake as the machine was down?! Asked for an iced decaf coffee, was told that could not happen either from what I understood, I settled for a iced tea (trying to keep my cool). After another 13 minutes of waiting I received a drink and the mcnuggets I ordered. I proceeded out to the parking lot with my $13 in coin change, took a sip of my drink to find out it was not iced tea and the dippers were wrong from what I ordered (right on point for my visit though) . Good thing I got 14 napkins and 2 dipping sauce for 6 nuggets for sure, made up for wasting 25 minutes of my time at 10:30 at night. Absolutely the worst service ever for drive through, do not go there that, place needs serious help.

Honestly I don't believe in giving bad reviews but this is got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The drive-through is inconsistent they close between 1 and 4 AM for who knows how long. No message saying when they're going to open back up. To order in the lobby any one item could take you upwards of 20 minutes to wait for. You can see the staff in the back finishing a pleasant conversation before they decide to put your bun in the toaster and start making your order. Place isn't bad it's a bloody joke. Until I see a sign saying under new management I won't be coming back. Recommend anyone to stop supporting this McDonald's so that it transfers to a new owner. So We can start getting reliable service and get lunch within our hour half hour lunch break.

Slowest service I have ever received at a McDonald's consistently. I've never come here and waited less than 10 minutes. Staff are usually quite rude as well, especially at night. They also like to close their so called "24 hour drive thru" whenever they don't feel like dealing with it. Also they hike up their prices. Same order at any other McDonald's location I've been to costs me $2 less than at this one. Was just given a pop that was not only super warm, but completely flat, and a poutine that was made with stale, cold fries. This location does not care what so ever about quality.

The slowest mcdonalds here in Calgary. The quality of the food has gone down, often times stale fries or chicken nuggets. Often forgetting to provide utensils and jam for something as simple as a big breakfast.. the eggs uncooked and soupy. Bacon uncooked.

No napkins available at the station, no ketchup, garbage all over the place clearly unattended to in hours.

Also turn off the AC. It's not 30+ in the mornings. I shouldn't have to wear a jacket in here

You guys need to reevaluate your team. I'm surprised corporate doesn't shut this location down.

It's a pretty usual McDonald's. Nothing special. It gets busy after Ranchman's closes, but they handle it fine. The food is okay.

Slooooooooow Alwaaaaaaaaaays. Never good parking. They take the fast out of fast food.

Hash brown was ice cold and replaced by one that was barely luke warm. French fries missed from the order altogether.The woman who helped us was wonderful tho. I wish I knew her name.

If there's 5 cars in drive thru it will take 30 mins to get through. Mcmuffins are always soggy and pastry is 70% chance of being rock hard. Lattes are inconsistent
