Mcdonald'S

They have new places where you add your own order but the receipt didn't work. McDonald's food isn't that great in my opinion.

I ordered 2 coffees and 2 hot chocolates, it took 15 minutes to get the drinks and the 2 hot chocolates were just condensed milk... no flavouring.

I have gone here multiple times over the years but last night the gentleman working the drive thru and a out 11 at night was extremely rude and I still didn't get my proper order no drinks which I ordered one fry missing from the order I have has this happen multiple times but never such rude service from there staff I will never spend money at the one in ponoka again I will go to a &w much better service always

I just left the Ponoka McDonalds at 9 am today and had a traumatic experience with a staff member named Leo. He was extremely rude. I had just ordered a BLT muffin with no bacon and then afterwards (separately) my cousin ordered and then separately my sister ordered. She ordered a multigrain blt bagel and was given a blt muffin. She told them they made a mistake and they said "no" and she said I don't like this I wouldn't have ordered it. He said she could order a blt bagel. He denied making a mistake and argued with us about it. He was confrontational. They said too bad you did order that. And I said "no I did". And so I checked mine and it had bacon and no tomato and even my receipt said no bacon and they didn't give me a new one. They denied another mistake. My sister said this is ridiculous and then told Leo it was the worst service she'd had at McDonalds because they flat out refused to fix their errors and then Leo replied: "yea, good." I asked for the manager and she came and was rude, didn't offer to fix the two mistakes and said that we ordered the wrong things and next time to order by number and not name. As we were leaving Leo opened the side kitchen door to heckle us. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

very slow service and got my order wrong... I now remember why I don't stop there

First time at this location, it took more than 5 min to get my coffee and I was the only customer waiting. However, they did appologze for the long wait. Clean location.

Good service, the drive thru was a little slow but the staff were really nice, especially the young lady with blue eyes. And my mocha was delicious.

Nice pit stop along the way between Edmonton and Calgary.

Very clean and modern interior. Has a self ordering monitor. Quick service and is open 24 hours.
