The greeter & cleaner Chatwick? was the most pleasant hardworking young man I have ever seen working at any McDonalds

Usually great service, but like any fast food place, occasionally mix ups will happen

Cold fries had to wait at drive through, still forgot ketchup, gave me a burnt pie as a bonus for waiting. Not happy

The staff were very friendly, however little flies came out of the ketchup dispenser. And I had at least five flies bugging me the whole time I was there. Disgusting.

Best customer service I have recieved in ages anywhere! Jeanie at the counter was friendly, with thank you and using Mrs to address me. My food was brought out to the table I was sitting at (never happened at McDonald's before) but I didn't wait long. Very clean and a cool car outside.

I frequent the drive thru at this location at least five days per week mostly getting a vanilla cone . And most times you get an average of three to four "bumps" tall which I think is fair but then a below average two " bump" tall because of not caring seriously bothers me 😡 is there a cone standard ?? And why is it they won't sell a customer a cup of ice cream with out any stupid candy toppings geesh ? Some people ARE willing to pay extra for it ?.,

Good, quick and clea for a McDonald's. Only lose one star because they installed touch screens to fit against minimum wage increase.

The food was typical McDonalds, the resteraunt was spotlessly clean. And the service was fantastic. Orders were quick, correct and hot, and they gave both of our kids a kiddie cone, then took them behind the counter and let them put the ice cream in themselves, kids loved it.
