Mcdonald'S (Permanently Closed)

This McDonald's was pretty good and I loved the food, but when they added the self serve kiosk the service became slower. My biggest pet peeves about this place is that water comes out of the roof and also for some reason the chairs get broken and removed which throws me off. I also noticed that the McDonald's was closed for renovations and I hope this store won't turn into a horrible place with bad coustomer service. The one at Sage Hill had bad reviews and lowest rated restaurant so I'm very hesitant to go to the new location.

Been there many times & sorry to see it's going from OK to bad. It keeps on running out of ketchup and napkins these days. The new fancy touchscreen self serve stations are a joke - slow, can only order 1 thing at a time, & not be able to scan McDonald's own coupons. Guess it just gets lots of business from malls & schools close by, no matter what.

Waited over 5 minutes for a pop when voicing my displeasure with the service the manager failed to even acknowledge me. Horrible.

Food was normal and good, and the staff nice and friendly. However the place is being poorly managed. The bathrooms were dirty, the waste bins were over flowing with garbage falling out on the floor, they had run out of napkins at the accoutrement location, and the tables were all dirty. That said, I did visit when the place was packed with students from the high school, although that is not an excuse. Thanks.

whoever the manager at 4:30 on the six of November she was very rude to me at the desk i don't know how i could have a worse experience. the mc Donalds inside Walmart was very kind but not at this place so i took my business somewhere else NEVER COMING HERE

Older and not super clean location, however great hours (24/7) and great location with prices lower than a&w
