We would like to sincerely thank McInnis and Holloway for the excellent service honouring our son. The kind attention from your funeral team truly helped us through this difficult time. The service and reception after was comfortable for all. We must express a heartfelt special thanks to Reverend Wayne Lewry whose kind and proper words were felt by everyone.

Thank you for all we have done for our family during this difficult time. Not only for today’s service but all the other services you have done for our family members. I appreciate the way we were treated and how professionally everything is done. This is why we return to McInnis & Holloway when there is a death in our family.

I just want to say a big thank you to you all for helping me organize Helene's funeral. I was dreading the whole process but you guided me through every step with warmth, patience and compassion whilst maintaining a professional dignified manner. I was always welcomed with a smile, my emails and phone calls dealt with promptly and my many irritating last minute changes accommodated.

I can't count the # of staff (15+) I spoke with or met throughout the 10 days planning my Dad's Memorial. They were all 5* to meet/talk/confer with. Suffice to say from the 1st mtg with Sonya McDonald to the service close with Funeral Director Rob, (thank you Rob too for last hour request you made work).
