Dr. Murphy is exceptional. Receptionists are absolutely brutal. These reviews are legit.

Thought I'd give it a shot regardless of the negative reviews. Receptionist was rude when I was asking about how to get an appointment and become a patient. Guess everyone was right, don't waste your time.

My doctor was there, left months ago and she didnt even let me know... so thats not cool but lets hope the new one is better.

I just called to get in to the clinic to get a meet and greet with the female doctor and was treated VERY poorly by the person on the phone. We have been going to this clinic for YEARS and this is the first time I was literally made to feel like we don't matter. Terrible service. I would not recommend this clinic if you want a place that cares about its patients.I heard the female doctor is awesome and we had such GREAT service from the doctors here...but the receptionist today was terrible.

Great doctors but some of the worse front end staff I've ever dealt with, defiantly in need of customer service training. Every time I call to make an appointment with my doctor they're unprofessional and act like they don't care. This has been going on for years, defiantly time to get some new front end staff with customer service and who actually care.
