On 15 February 2016 I was heading to Crowfoot Station from my work.When I reached to station I saw one guy who already drunk and he came towards me and abuse me then he physically assault me I called calgary transit peace officers at 9:10pm to save me from this guy but they came so late.They came around 9:45 pm when I already called cops for help and cops were their after 4 mins and I was saved by calgary police.Seriosuly these transit don't have good customer service and I feel ashamed I am using calgary transit and I feel shame for peace officers who don't help their customer.

Overall calgary transit is not safe and not good for the people.I am gonna quit calgary transit trains and buses for my safety.Poor service

Staying in business with the worse service and yet wasting tax payers money!

After many years of riding on Calgary Transit, I'm convinced that approximately 25% of drivers are very courteous and care about the people they serve. They don't get paid enough.

Another 25% absolutely despise the public. They are overpaid. These people are working in the wrong occupation. It can't be too hard to find good drivers to replace them.
