Great ecperience for the family...hiking...biking...fishing...the campground is clean and maintained
Well maintained and clean, well forested. However, we could hear people shooting at a shooting range nearby.
Awesome campground open year round with OHV trails leaving from site. And there is a Store close by that is open in the summer
Nice setting, clean bathrooms, close to the pond. Area B is the quietest
Sites are based on a hard rock. Regular pins for securing your tent will not work. Site layout does not leave much room for privacy
Firewood is available at the store located within a minute drive.
Love going here. The non atv side is nice and quiet. Right by the river too
Great campground with newly paved loops, close to Calgary. Lots of nearby hiking, mountain views, ATV trails etc.
Awesome winter camping. Probably crazy when it warms up though being so close to the city.
Really incredible facility. Allows ATVs and dirt bikes, and the shower facilities are very clean!
Make sure that, only Loop C & D are accessible to ATV trail from Campground. I see bunch of ppl booking C & D without ATV, please book A & B, it's for you to stay calm. Unless Alberta Parks (or Government) change the rule, this camp site is hard to book for Quad riders.
