Had extreme shortness of breath and a high fever due to pneumonia, they checked vitals and brought me in as soon as they could when the line up was going to take 2hours. Doctor was professional and knowledgeable. I already feel so much better thank you guys so much.
Only issue was the gentleman working at the pharmacy attached. Was not kind or welcoming. Got the quote from him which was $185 , when I told him I had no insurance he raised his eyebrows and nearly scoffed as if I couldn’t afford it. Went to another pharmacy, with incredibly kind staff and I saved $70.

Worse service ever. My family doctor doesnt work on Fridays and thats my only day off that I can go to the clinic, I asked them if they can switch me to another doctor. They said its their policy that they cant switch you to another doctor. What if Im not happy with ny doctor ? This is ridiculous!!

I was waiting for fairly close to 45 minutes; normally if it was a walk in that would be fine. However I had an appointment and so fine, I'm just taking time away from work... not that my work matters right? But what really is upsetting is having a full crew of receptionists and not one of them at least notifying the patients for dr whoever that there is a bit of a delay...if I would have known that they were backed up from the moment I got there... I would have just change my appointment to a different day. Of course they don't say a thing, and you see patient after patient go in and out...meanwhile you even start to fall asleep wondering wth? so if I don't come up and request some information, I could still this second be there waiting right now... I think I will have to reconsider where I book my appointment next.

This is one of the worst clinics I've ever gone to! The doctor I visited had no interest in treating my symptoms, kept wanting me to come back so she could tell me to keep taking advil and send me on my way. This clinic has no interest healing people, but wants you to keep coming back anyway so they can meet some clinic visitation quota so they can get more money. Scam artists posing as a medical clinic! Shame on you!

I've had issues with ear wax build up my whole life, this isn't something that's new for me in anyway shape or form, and I've never had any trouble getting it dealt with. That is until yesterday, when I had the amazing experience of having a doctor that actually somehow made my hearing worse. And, when slight frustration was expressed seeing as this was the first time a doctor had ever failed to clear my eyes of any wax build up, I was met by a sassy ass doctor who:
A.) Refused to accept that maybe her short-falling's in the medical world were to blame for my still very plugged hearing, and;
B.) Then left the office, sat down at her desk, and couldn't even be bothered to turn around and maybe apologize for the fact that she managed to completely soak the shirt I was wearing (thus not being able to go back into the office), and her completely inability to act like a mature human being who had met the limits of her own capabilities.

I can promise you I won't ever be returning, and that I hope the doctor who botched my ears yesterday reads this and knows that deep down, she should maybe consider switching professions.

1/10 would not recommend to anyone with a pulse.

This place is useless, they stop taking walk ins at a completely random time every day. Even when I called them and they said they take walk ins till 3:30, I arrived at 3 and was turned away. I've even arrived at 2:30 once and been turned away. Useless.

Worst clinic in Calgary. Nothing like a doctor arguing with you about how you feel and telling you to come back when your symptoms have been going on for 2 weeks. Just terrible

Have plenty of free time and patience. You will need it while waiting on "hold" for 15 + minutes. In 1 day: 4 attempts to book an appointment.

Not a pleasant experience with the front desk staff at all..I don't feel like they pay much attention on their work.

I agree with previous reviewers, the clinic must be trying to meet quotas and therefore arrange for unnecessary appointments ie physician meet and greet, 2 part physical examinations, or calling back to "review" lab work when really all that is required is follow up lab work and then potentially a review. My horrific experiences go far beyond this and involve one of the previously mentioned "good" doctors. Believe me, I thought she was fine initially when she was able to complete a routine health exam... but lack of skill is apparent when something is abnormal. I will be reporting to Alberta Health for abuse of the fee for service model and to the College of Physicians about this abuse leading to poor patient care. The front end staff are stuck in the middle of all the nonsense. I am a health care professional and can say now from the sum of several experiences that I do not trust the medical care provided here. Would not recommend this clinic.

Waiting time was short. Staff was friendly and professional. The doctor really took good care of me and even got a second opinion. Great experience!

Dr. Ozoka is great. So good that I asked her if my wife could be her patient too.
The front office staff is great too. They remember you and always have a smile for you.
