May is Hypertension Month, an important opportunity for many Canadians to think about their own cardiovascular health. Hypertension, known commonly as high blood pressure, is a very common medical issue that Canadians face, affecting nearly a quarter of adults.

My wife and I have been seeing Doctor Kluczinski for more than 30 years. During this time, I have nothing but respect for the staff and of course our Doctor who treat us both like family, not just a number. Pleasant telephone manners and sometime a little friendly chit chat, make me feel attended to and heard no matter what the concern may be. Grant you not all clinics are the same and that would be who problem to fix? Some people should make a trip to Sherwood Park and see for yourself. I hope I gave you a little insight for those who are genuine.

For the second time around, I wanted to undergo a combative sports, physical examination, as well as be granted the prescription to acquire blood work and an EKG test. This exact same process, during my second run through, resulted in my doctor wanting to bill me 240 dollars to not only have the formerly acquired documentation for my bout filled out (which was provided to me from my promoters) but to also print out my doctors own physical examination form. He refused to sign my documentation, and wanted to have me officialize his own physical examination notice, for the provided payment for the cost before mentioned or otherwise I was leaving empty handed. He also withheld my self provided documents and told me to comeback for them the moment i had my blood work done. This was obviously a ruse to insure i paid for his end of the bill, if i wanted to continue any further with my own process. Bare in mind, this was a fee I never would have had to pay with the previous doctor. It was also alarming, being told that some doctors can choose to charge you for some exams while others wont. That kind of inconsistency in billing makes me very skeptical of your mandated charges. Not impressed. To top it off, you wouldn't take in my student benefits card for a potential billing transaction because you don't do third party coverage. Great to know you guys don't live in the 21st century. 3 hours of my time wasted.
