Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede Company

The Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede Company is a non-profit volunteer base organization dedicated to preserving the western heritage and culture of our forefathers. It prides itself in serving the City of Medicine Hat and area by hosting a variety of events like the Spring Indoor rodeo, Farmer's Markets, World Professional Chuck wagon Races to the city's premier festival; The Annual Exhibition & Stampede. We are also the hosts and providers of several large and small community facilities hosting a variety of event and services for the local residents, business patrons and industry leaders. "A Tradition since 1887…a Legacy for the Future" is our vision and through over 500 volunteers, a dedicated staff and responsible management, we promote urban and rural ties in southeastern Alberta. The annual 4-day exhibition and rodeo held each July attracts over 40, 000 visitors from all over Alberta and Saskatchewan to attend the annual parade, stage shows, midway, concerts, agriculture displays and exhibitions.
