I just wanted to say how excited I am that you are taking the first step at achieving a more healthy lifestyle through personal training and wellness. It takes a lot of courage and passion to make that first step in visiting my page. Like you I was frustrated with how my health was affecting me and I worked hard to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Just finished ACE Personal training at Elevated Learning Academy , and will be finished a Nutrition Science in December : )
