had both the motherboard and video card fail, sloppy work - left a temporary drive in the computer, unable to boot the system and required 4 visits to simply get it back in the state I left it....and this after priority paid service.

Sloppy, careless and unprofessional. Grown so big and busy, Caters now to people with low standards

The BEST way to buy a computer: come to them!! That way they'll even be able to fix it for you! They're so smart, they love what they do, and they'll joke about Apple with you! The store is filled with computer parts and TV's and even gaming chairs. You never get judged here. It's heaven for people who take their computers seriously.

Decent place. Longer wait on computer services than other Computer Repair shops in the city though. Doesn't give any definitive times on completion of services. Would give a higher rating if I was told more than "You'll get a call in the next 10-14 business days." You can pay more for expedited service, but it still doesn't come with a date of completion.

Today, 8th Aug 2017, another great experience at Memory Express.
My laptop had stopped charging. I went in and within 5 minutes Simon had figured out that it was the charging wire that was not working and I was given another charger for free!! I strongly recommend Memex's extended warranty. GREAT service and super friendly staff.

This past year I have built a computer with their help, got multiple add ons, and a ton of hardware for triple screen set-up. I was always met with optimism and knowledge based customer support. Would recommend this store to everyone!

Good, but the fact I always have to price match NCIX is a bit of a pain.. would be nice if they just put their prices in line from the start. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

Bought new memory for my gameing laptop and had to have them install it, as the whole laptop had to be disassembled to do that. Got it back, went home, and the sound wasn't coming out of the speakers. They were working fine before Memory Express worked on the laptop.

After uninstalling and reinstalling the sound driver and checking settings I called them saying I think something was amiss after they disassembled it and that the speakers were working before. They tell me that they couldn't have messed anything up with a simple memory swap even though I repeatedly told them they had to disassemble the laptop. They tell me it will still cost us to have a tech look at it.

Not impressed, I opened the back of the laptop to have a look myself and lo and behold the speakers where left disconnected and the wires were pinned against the motherboard by the screws holding the battery in. Luckily they weren't damaged. Wasn't to happy about this and how they handle the issue.

I wish I could say they had good customer service, their staff at the service desk were friendly, but we should not be told that we will still get charged for a mistake made by their tech guys. I won't be letting them work on any future computers.

My go-to location for computer hardware. I learnt of this place by word-of-mouth, and I've passed the word along ever since. Prices are competitive with online vendors but come with in-person returns and service, rather than waiting weeks or months for manufacturer's warranties. Also, I've had good experiences asking employees for help. They seem to want to retain customers. Would recommend.

I was in the store on April 24th, 2017 at 16:30. I just wanted 2 mice. there were 2 cashier active and all other didn't work. and those two cashier were busy. I had question about the performance and frequency overlap of the mouse. but nobody came to me and the manager was talking to his colleague without any attention to me as a customer. I waste more than 20 minutes standing and finally I put the mice on their position and left the store very angry. This is not a good behavior!!!!!
