My son had his party at Menchie's over the weekend and had a fabulous time. My daughter loved her brother's party so much that she insisted her birthday be held there too. The staff were friendly and kept the kids busy while Jason (manager) made things simple for me and my husband.

I love the Airdrie Menchies!! I brought my Japanese exchange students in and they were treated so well with samples to try out different flavours. The manager engaged them in some conversation and even spoke a little Japanese to them. They got a picture with an employee who was willing to humour us. We all had a top notch experience and they even loved the ice cream! Especially the popping bobba's. They thought it might be like tapioca but were pleasantly surprised. Thanks Menchies Airdrie!!

Absolutely love this place...bringing my granddaughters back today for yogurt and an ornament.

I went in last night to fill my bowl with what is the only flavour that actually tastes like frozen yogurt. It smelled strange but I took a bite and had to spit it out. It was completely rancid. I told the teenage worker and she just said oh, sorry about that...and left it. At least put up a sign or take it out of the machine. It was disgusting. We need a pinkberry.

Your prices are out of this world! I bought a medium sized container of yogurt and the only toppings I got were a small spoonful of Skor pieces, and a bit of caramel sauce. I didn't even come close to filling the dish to the top. Cost me over $15!!! What a rip-off.

Went into Menchie’s today to get my husband a ready to go cake for his birthday.. I looked in the freezer and there was nothing in there then a women came out from the back while on the phone.. I asked her if they had any ready to go cakes she said no. I asked when they would have some and she said I needed to do a custom order and that would take about 3 days I said ok nevermind. Then she walks off back on the phone...

it says on the website and there’s a picture on the window saying they have ready to go cakes.. clearly not the case.

We are currently at menchie’s right now. It’s horrible. The only employee here has been in the back for about 15 minutes with people coming in for ice cream and LEAVING without paying because she’s not out here. We’ve tried to knock on the back door to let her know but she hasn’t come out. None of the toppings have been topped up. The open sign is off when you’re open. And the lights are all off. Everything is messy and she does not seem to care at all. ALSO she is barely wearing a shirt.. that seems kind of disgusting considering she’s handling food and this is also a family establishment. I mean.. it’s pretty ridiculous.

Used to love menchies and would get it every few weeks but now I can’t afford it because two half full cups of froyo costs $22...

Used to be a family fave . The prices have been steadily increasing (for a family of 5 it breaks the bank). The yogurt is tasteless and isn't smooth like frozen yogurt should be (ice milkish ). We have complained to two staff members and have had nothing short of silly responses.Sad because at one point we did love this place and location .

This is absolutley ridiculous, decided to take the family for a treat, 3 of us, we haven't been in a while. I think the quality has gotten worse, they all seem to leave an aftertaste in my mouth, regardless we bought some. I was absolutely astounded when she told me the price of 30.50. I had one container that was half full and one with no toppings on it. Last time I will waste my money at Menchie's. Used to only cost me 15.00 for 3!

If there was an award for most miserable and rude employees this location would win everyday

Drove up from Calgary to get some ice cream and they were closed 45 min early. Other customers were pulling up and were very upset.

Absolutely no customer service. I go into the store and had to wait easily 5 minutes before I was seen by the lady. I ask to order a cake that I need by Friday, and she doesn't listen. I then ask how I can order a cake, and when I fill out the form she has no idea what I was asking for even though the items were clearly circled, and my message written clearly on the form. I was asked to verify my order 3 times and she seemed very uncertain, which was concerning, and she forgets I need a message written on it.

I've ordered cakes here before and I've received awful looking cakes with the wrong message written. You'd think that for the price you pay you'd have better customer service and more attention to detail which this lady clearly did not have.
