We were in today and we had a small accident spilling 1/2 our cup onto the floor before we paid (while the staff was already mopping) the girl working handled it wonderfully. She was kind and courteous and didn’t make my poor daughter feel bad at all. Small acts of kindness go a long way and I really appreciated it! My daughter also used a coupon she received at school and she was super pumped about that! Thanks Menchies!

It's amazing place to celebrate birthday party for the kids .... My daughter love it's so much and all kids... It is best if the mascot Menchies will stay longer and not only for picture...and I wish they have choices for activity, so if ever we plan a party again. The price is affordable for each kids with the t-shirt loot bag , $5 gc,yogurt and balloon and the place .... Thank you Menchies you make my daughter so happy!!! ��

Excellent, friendly service and a fantastic experience for my daughter's birthday party.

Your store never improves� tonight you had one employee working who had her headphones on and didn’t say a word to any customers walking in. There was stuff all over the floor, no garbage bags in the bins, and no sample cups. It looked like a hot mess, to be honest. Three machines weren’t working. Most of the toppings were a mess. You are the ONLY store to offer your type of treat in Grande Prairie now, you monopolize the city.. so utilize it, and make your store a better experience, from start to finish.

Went into menchies tonight with my wife and 2 yr old. Half of the flavours weren't working. I wanted a waffle bowl, the 1 employee working said it was from the morning and didn't offer to make a fresh one. The employee was also on her phone the entire time. Tried to ask her about the flavours not working and she wasn't helpful at all. Had settle on flavours we didn't really want. Was a not a great experience. The yogurt is good but would not recommend due to the lack of customer service.

Well all my daughter wanted was marshmallows in her frozen yogurt but it was one clump not even editable. When I stated this loud enough for staff standing behind me last night to hear... they did nothing but look at me. How often do you clean and change the food you have to put on top of the yogurt. I haven't went to menchies in over a year because of the bad service I revived last time and things have only gotten worse.

Music was way too loud! Couldn’t here myself think.

I find it kinda ridiculous we could only have 2 testers cups , I'm paying $16 for 2 ice creams and I can't have as many testers as I'd like

Went today to get some frozen yogurt, usually there are testers, today I was told that I was only allowed two testers and that they were not allowed to be reused, pretty ridiculous when 2 cups of yogurt comes to $15 I'm pretty sure margins are good enough for a few testers. On top of that half the machines were either out of order or labeled new flavor coming soon, place was open for another 2 hours and they were all out of my favorite toppings, that's pretty sad for a Saturday night.

Several flavours were not working. When I pointed it out to the staff she didn't seem to care. The toppings were a mess and mixed up. It was extremely expensive for a mediocre experience.
