Very trendy dealership. The staff were all so friendly and made buying our new car a very enjoyable experience. They have a huge used section, lots of different makes and models The cars all seem to be well maintained.

Excellent and very smooth transaction. Jerry and John explains clearly on all my questions and one thing that I really like is their fast response. When I have a question I really hope that I would get an answer quickly and surely only a few could meet my expectations like they do. Also I have to thank Neal for teaching me all the functions on the car. Neal knew every functions about the car, he can tell you all the functions even I change the system language!. I'm so satisfy with their service and sure will buy again very soon!!!

I went to the "other" Mercedes dealer before I came to Downtown. I waited FIVE days after I picked up my SUV to write this review. If you were to go to MB Downtown, contact James Calero (Customer Experience Manager) . . . I walked away twice but ultimately James brought me back.

PROS:
My salesperson, Charlotte, went above and beyond in helping me find the right vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Called me to make sure I was happy.
When I picked up my SUV, Neal did a fantastic job of introducing me to the car. Neal continued to check if I knew how to operate my vehicle which has as many options as a supercomputer.

CONS:
The trade-in value was insulting compared to the other place or market value.
MB has unreasonable policies when you try to purchase certain models of vehicles and requires buyers to cough up extra cash deposits. Buyer beware!

Overall, they have a wonderful team that communicates well with the customer. I have owned other brands before, but first time owning a Mercedes. I went to the "other" dealer and they make you feel that you are NOT good enough to own a Mercedes. I enjoyed Downtown very much.

My husband and I went into the showroom today and were greeted by this pleasant and enthusiastic young man Walter. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He made our shopping experience very relaxed and enjoyable. He did not make us feel pressured. He answered any questions we had in a professional manner and his great sense of humour made us feel relaxed. We walked out of the showroom as proud owners of Mercedes Benz E250. I recently purchased my first Mercedes-Benz. During the process, I dealt with a few different Mercedes dealerships. I found that my experience at Mercedes Benz Downtown was a much more relaxed end less intimidating experience than the other dealerships. Immediately upon entering the show room, I received a warm welcome. All of the staff seemed genuinely friendly and eager to help me. I met with Walter (Salesman) who didn't seem like a typical salesman at all. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He was very generous with his time, as he answered every question I had about the car that I eventually landed on. I also dealt with Vanja (Finance Manager) who was absolutely amazing and was able to get me exactly what I wanted at a price that was too competitive for the other dealerships to even consider. Not only that, but she was able to get me a great rate on financing - which was something the other dealerships weren't able to offer me. After all the paperwork, Neal gave me a thorough walk through of my car and ensured that the car was mint. Overall everyone was very honest about everything and delivered on their promises. They even brought up a few minor defects that were realized on delivery day that I hadn't even noticed myself. They were able to have these minor issues ironed out and had the car ready for me on time - as promised. If you're considering a Mercedes, these are the guys to go to. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with the sales team at Downtown Calgary Mercedes Benz. This was our first Mercedes purchase and everyone that we met from sales, finance, to vehicle delivery was very knowledgeable and experienced. We initially walked in just to do some browsing, and that's when we meet Colin, he gave us some time to browse around without being pushy, then later came by to address any questions that we may have had. Later in the month he called us to clue us in about a promotional event that was taking place and to see if we would be interested to drop by for a look, and that's when we settled in for our B250. Just picked up the car this week and I'm already in love with the car! Thank you for making this a friendly first experience for us.
