Great experience at this dealership purchasing my car. Beautiful facility and excellent customer service. Manny and Mark on the sales floor are definitely the consultants to see, and Mike Handous (sales manager) was great throughout as well. Would highly recommend!

Had such a great experience buying a car from Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley. Mark, the sales person I was dealing with was never pressuring me and was really friendly and knowledgeable. Lacey, who worked at the front desk was super friendly and helpful at the front desk. She came with me on a test drive and told me all the features about the car. Even after I had purchased the car she would give me updates on how it was coming and all the detailing and service that was being done with it. Louella, in financing, went over and beyond being super accommodating as I went back and forth on different financing options. At the end of the day it was a great experience at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley. Each person went above and beyond to make sure you not only got an amazing car, but you also had an amazing experience buying it.

Great facility but would strongly advise to get any certified pre owned vehicle looked at by a third party. Their standards of a certified vehicle are much lower than other benz dealers, ie wheels that came with car were bent and extremely low tread which apparently met star certified guidelines on their end. Do your own homework before dumping loads of cash here!

The service was fantastic. Perfect language communication in both English and Chinese! Very clear on the detail parts of the car and the overall experience was way more exceed than 5 stars! Very recommended to people who are looking to buy a Benz in the future!
