Super friendly staff .... Love Tracy. She fixed our eyebrows after a waxing mishap elsewhere. Never have an issue with shaping. Our only place to go for all our waxing needs.

Okay, so to start off I have suffered my early pre-teen and teen years with very bad acne and high pigmentation. Thought I tried everything and nothing seemed to want to work. It was getting to the point a few weeks ago that my acne was painful and severe around my mouth and chin area with a few spreading toward my cheekbones. I was recommended a skin care routine that included the Clear Complexion Cleanser, Toner and Moisturizer as well as the Renew Skin Refinishing Complex Serum and Miracol mask. I am so thrilled I gave this a try because now my skin has been so clear recently. I haven't seen my skin like this for about 10 years and it gives me the confidence to go outside and do daily things without the use of make-up. I'm so happy and definitely recommend this to people to try out.

I discovered Merle Norman at Chinook about 6 months ago and I will never go anywhere else. They are fantastic! The staff are all so lovely and the wonderful lady I see mainly is Raj who is excellent and makes me feel like family. I have had many things done, shellac nails, nail art, brow and underarm wax, deep pore facial, eye lash perm and tint, pedicure and more and every one has been fantastic and so professional. Today I spent half a day there getting all sorts of things done in preparation for an overseas trip and it was just brilliant and fun too being pampered and chatting with everyone 😊 Glenda kindly suggested some energy healing which they gave me today as a no cost treat by Kirsten because I have a broken shoulder waiting for surgery. Very sceptical as I was it really was amazingly soothing and I could feel it working. I really encourage you to go there and try any service they offer and I guarantee you'll be back for more. Thanks to you all at MN at Chinook Mall and have a wonderful Christmas 😊🎉

Glenda and Raj were so very helpful and attentive. Got my nose pierced after many years of contemplating. They were great. Glenda helped my daughter with her nose piercing issues after she got it done elsewhere
