Metalsmiths Sterling

This is the 2nd location I have been to and guess what the poor customer service is consistent, so hey they got that going for them. Went in to ask for a ring sizing for my fiancee and if we could find one in his size - apparently they only carry 3 sizes of men's rings according to this girl and she couldn't possibly memorize every ring size they had in the store - or even go look apparently. As I said this is the 2nd location I have been to and if I wasn't hoping for a matching ring I would never go to this company again in my life. Not even online. If you want service and expect the employees to have knowledge in this subject your better off going somewhere else.
