I would like to take this opportunity to express my delight with the wonderful service I recently received from Metro Ford. These days it is not often that a sales representative goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client’s piece of mind and satisfaction, however it was a pleasure dealing with Jag Dhaliwal (Product Advisor). He took every measure to ensure that his service delivery was impeccable from start to conclusion of my dealings. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in good client services. I have no doubt that I will once again return to Metro when I am ready to upgrade.

Once again it was a pleasure doing business at your company and I hope that the relationship I have developed with Jag and your company will be a longstanding one.

I just wanted to say thank you to Metro Ford, I bought my 2013 F150 from Metro, they made the process smooth! We have been a service customer for the last 6 years. They also make the process simple and easy(I know what I'm getting when I leave it in their hands). It is always nice to see the same friendly faces(some new ones too) when I bring the vehicles in.

Had a great experience at Metro Ford’s service department. Can’t say enough about Dan Bortl. He made my experience quick and painless!! And talk about convenience, Metro is located right downtown Calgary so you can drop your truck off in the morning and pick it up after work. Thanks again

EXCELLENT!!! Recently purchased a used Escape from Jag at Metro Ford, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I found all of the staff extremely friendly and helpful and felt no pressure from Jag to buy the car. I felt very comfortable making the purchase and it went very smooth (thanks to Jen in finance). Jag spent time going through the technology and features of the car with me after purchase and I have gotten a couple follow-up emails to make sure all is well. Definitely recommend going through the Jag/Jen to make your next car purchase!!!

I came in to 3M my front bumper. Michael the Recon Manager noticed the rear bumper needed 3M and he repaired some damaged areas for no additional cost. He exceeded my expectaions and everyone at Metro Ford was extremely helpful and kind. I strongly recommend Metro Ford for Service and Sales.

My family and I have been Metro customers since 2010, purchased multiple vehicles.
Sunny, Lucas, Nick and Dave have always been amazing and treating me like family.
I can be very demanding, pushy at times. The guys have never said no to me and with a smile they make it awesome to buy a new vehicle.

Janice is awesome and gets finance done within hours with no hassle. I always have lots of questions (sometimes ridiculous) and always got a quick response.

Jas, Holly and Tammy at Service are are awesome of course and always treated me very well. Following up is excellent, when I bring vehicles in for service I get at least 2 or 3 follow ups in a day.

At metro no one push's to sell anything on you. They always let the customer choose and they direct/consult. If your not happy they all go above and beyond to make it right at all dept.

I dropped my truck off at 10am on Friday to get an oil change and never heard a word from them all day. I called twice and no one was available at the service department. By this time they were closed.

I went in on Saturday morning to see what was going on and was told the service department was closed and they hadn't even started the job yet. They also told me that they did not have the keys to get into the service bay to release my truck.

On Monday they notified me that they did in fact send me an email on Friday saying the job was finished but unfortunately it was received in my junk mailbox so I didn't notice it. It's not their fault the email was sent to my junk folder but it is their fault for not having solid communication. They had my phone number and should have used that like other dealers do because at least with a phone call the customer is confirming that they have received the notification.

So after phoning multiple people and getting basic responses just to cover their own ass I ordered the shuttle to come get me and of course the shuttle didn't arrive, so I got a ride from a friend.

After all of this the owner offered me a free detailing, which was done pretty well. I have had no other issues since.

The custom service was good. I had never been there before, but found that their "the works" package (oil change, filter change and a tire rotation) was very well priced - $84.00.

The only issue I had wad I found the signage a bit lacking, you are to immediately drive you car into the garage and then stand in a non existent que to confirm your appointment. Then to pay I was not sure where to go and finally someone pointed me in the right direction.

Other than that it's a nice, clean establishment with friendly employees.

Just came to change a parking light bulb, worth 95 cent, for my ford focus , got great customer service , and they also changed the bulb for me. For the same issue 2 days ago Canadian Tire asked for 120 Dollars to change it.

My next ford vehicle will definitely be from Metro Ford.

Metro Ford is the only Ford dealer to go to! I just bought a new F150 from Stephen and he was top notch. Janice was also the best! My experience here was OUTSTANDING!!! The best dealer I have ever dealt with! When its time to buy a new truck I will be coming back to Metro Ford! If I could give more stars I would! Thank Metro!

Great experience purchasing a car from these guys, the personnel was friendly and helpful. The sales rep for my car Hendrick was excellent - he was attentive to my needs and the entire process left me feeling like I walked away with a good purchase. Haven't done any service through them yet but definitely give them a try if you're looking for a car.
