The Service was great! They arrived on a timely manner and worked fast but also very carefully. They were also really nice and even helped us move a few things into our car. The crew was quick, efficient, polite and thoughtful. Glad we went with Metropolitan Movers Calgary. They explained everything from start to finish, walking me through the entire process and then were super fast loading up and unloading. I moved back to Canada from Japan and packed all my things myself. they arrived safely and I was happy.... recently I moved from an apartment in downtown Calgary to a condo I bought and repacked all those same things. The workers from metropolitan movers showed up late but were personable. As I was unpacking I found things that were packed well in rubbermaid containers broken. Indeed the containers themselves were broken. I had shipped my things this same way when returning from Japan where the voyage took a month by truck, boat, rail and then truck. My move in Calgary was literally five blocks.... literally... how that much breakage could have occurred surprised me. I wrote the company an email to which I never received a response. I wouldn't recommend them.
