Very kind and attentive! Makes me feel like I can hear the Carribean Sea in Playacar! Here tonight (again) and had the seafood Fajitas.... nothing short of an entire ocean of seafood! Massive portion and ... yet again... Oscar and his team set to impress... well done, Bravo!

Went here randomly by chance for dinner with my wife and parents. Everybody's meals were amazing! I can't wait to come back and try something else! Lots to choose from on the menu and I look forward to trying something else.

Went for our first time last night. We're still talking about how good the food was! First we enjoyed two plates of the best chips with the most delicious salsa ever! We had Lime margaritas and Diablo Azul for drinks. I had a second margarita it was SO good . We ordered the Super Quesadilla, Fajitas Mixtas, Enchiladas Verde, and the Churros for dessert. ( I didn't eat all day in anticipation for awesome food!) We cleaned it! And believe me , there was a ton of food! The atmosphere was wonderful, and our server (Bere on our receipt) made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again and again!

We went for an early supper tonight. It was delightful. There was great music, the staff was friendly & food was great.



SP is full of chains so this was a very nice change up. The staff was incredibly nice, and knowledgeable about the menu. The chips and salsa were fresh, not just pulled out along a bag. Prices are extremely reasonable and portions are very fair.



Both of us are looking forward to come back and try more off of the menu.

Very simple. The most authentic Mexican food I have had in the Edmonton area! The atmosphere is great, the service is not rushed and the Margaritas are very good. You will love this place!

The chef came to check on us to see if we were enjoying our food (which was AMAZING). The atmosphere was great, I felt nostalgic for times I’ve spent in Mexico while I was here- a nice little “getaway” from Sherwood Park �. Maybe my new favorite restaurant- highly recommend!

If you are coming for the simple “Tex-Mex” meal then you are doing yourself a very disservice. This family owned business that opened in July 2017 has been a great refresher to the big chain foods.

The staff takes the time to explain what are in the dishes and take on their suggestions.

Myself I came across this place by chance. I saw this incredible seafood dish, I later found to be called “Molcajete Marisco” that made me visit.

My first mistake was not to call for reservation. However, they were able to squeeze us in the bar section. Never once did we feel ignored or neglected, even when the place was packed.

When we placed our order we were told that Molcajete Marisco does take 20-25 min to make. Nice touch to inform the customers that it’s not just sitting off the side to be microwave and sent out. So in the mean time we ordered Taco Al Pastor and Chicken Enchilada de Mole Rojo.

The portions are perfect. The pork was seasoned well and now over powered by any of the seasoning. As for the enchilada, the mole was the star. The complex taste of some 20+ ingredients come out. Does this all need to be spicy to make you order 7-8 beers? No but that is why the sauces are on the side. By the way they are homemade.

Once Molcajete Marisco came out you can tell this is something for 2-3 people. Snow crab, lobster, shrimp, squid all bubbling in this rich seasoned tomato sauce. It’s served in the side with mussels and rice and sitting next to it was a basket of warm tortillas.

Be prepared to get messy eating this dish. It’s worth every single napkin that you will use.

Will I come back? Yes, I can see that the heart and soul is put into the dishes.

If you are the type with expectations that it needs to be fancy and that kids are running around killing the feel of the place, then this is not for you. If your comments are that I have this in Mexico and it’s not the same and pissed about it, then this is not the place for you.

I wish them all the success from all the hard work they put in.

Can’t get to Mexico at the moment-no worries head on over for a tasty Mexican Entree...I highly recommend the Pina Coladas-best I ever had!!!

Bring yourself to this resturaunt immediately if u love Mexican food!

As a Mexican... I can say that the food is very authentic and tasty, service was also very good and even the chef came to greet us and see if we liked the food. If you really want to try real Mexican food in Sherwood Park this is the place! Love it

Food was great and staff was very friendly. Unfortunately as it got busier the service became very poor. No one ask how the food tasted or checked on our table through the night. No one refilled our drinks and I had to ask the waitress to take our dessert order a few times. I hope they get their staff train and/or hire people with experience as there is so much potential in this place
