If you are a member of the ECA, we are seeking your help in having Leah elected to the Board. She would represent the Manufactures & Supplier Division of which there are 3 Board positions available for the coming year. With Leah’s diverse background and experience in dealing with all types of contractors we feel that she would make a great addition to the board. Thank you for your support.

Kids are hosting lemonade stands throughout the City of Edmonton and surrounding areas on Sunday, August 26th to raise money for the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation. This fundraiser provides a way for kids to help kids and to learn the basics of entrepreneurship by running a lemonade stand. The goal is to fund the updating and renovation of “The Beach” at The Stollery. The Beach is a playroom on the fourth floor of the Stollery Children’s Hospital. It is a destination... at the hospital that plays a large part in helping sick kids cope. The Beach is decorated with beach scenes and is filled with toys for children of all ages to play with, from an air hockey table to a sandbox. Playing is such an important part of a child’s life; it can really help minimize the stress and anxiety that can be associated with being in the hospital.
This is MHK’s second year proudly sponsoring the event and providing sidewalk chalk for each lemonade stand.
