Amazing service! I was introduced to Mi-Box through a Garage Reno company. Had an issue with the latch and emailed the company about it expecting a reply the following day. Steph literally drove across the city on a Sunday night in a snow storm (seriously) to help me out. I was blown away! She followed up several times to make sure all was good the following week. She genuinely cares about her customers and went way above and way beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will never go anywhere else, and highly recommend Mi-Box to anyone requiring temporary storage. Amazing!

Used Mi-Box for storage while be buggered off to Mexico for a few months. Drop-off service was awesome. The driver was on time and friendly/helpful.

Ordering the box was easy. Sean was helpful and more than willing to help at any point. Very responsive and fantastic with the service he provides. Upon needing our box sooner than we thought, Sean was quick to get his guy over to our place and drop off our box on a whim.

Everything worked out great with no issues. Pricing was fair and well worth the experience.

I will be going back to these guys in a heartbeat!

I want to recommend Mi Box as a great storage solution for residential homes. They were very willing to work with my alley location and showed up a day early to help us get ready for our move. The container was clean inside and out, which allowed to start moving our belongings in immediately.The client service experience at Mi Box is exceptional and I look forward to using them again for future storage solutions.

Fantastic customer service and support. I needed a storage solution for a home reno and was very pelased with what Mibox had to offer. It was quickly delivered to my home, and was dropped off right on my driveway. we loaded it up with all the furniture from the main level without issue. the box even looked nice on the driveway. Absolutely fantastic! Mi Box was so responsive and accommodated any timing changes that I needed to request for both pick ups and drop offs. Special thanks go to Mi Box truck driver Brandon, who was always right on time and even went above and beyond his job when he actually offered assistance in the unload!! Unbelievable customer service -- something that seems to get harder and harder to find these days. I highly recommend Mi Box and wont hesitate to use them again!

This is a fantastic company to deal with. Shawn is very friendly and trustworthy. I really liked how flexible he was with the dates, even on short notice. I got quotes from every portable storage company I could find in the Calgary/Okotoks area and I found Mi-Box prices to be much better than most others. The box was clean (looked brand new) and the driver was phenomenal. The fact that the box is loaded and unloaded level (not tipped and dragged onto the truck like other companies) was a big plus for us, nothing moved or fell over when they moved the box to our new house. I would highly recommend Mi-Box and we would definitely use them if we move again.

I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience I felt that I had to write one. Everyone knows that moving is a stressful experience no matter how much you try and plan for it. My recent experience with MiBox in Calgary, Alberta was great and I felt like I had to let others know about this company and the service that they provide. A friend had suggested MiBox and I thought I would try something new. I called and spoke with Sean and discussed the amount of contents I had and the details and schedule of my move. He was very informative and suggested a container size and quoted me a price. At first I thought the size was a bit larger than what I needed but when it came to moving day, you always forget about all the little stuff and the suggested container was filled to the roof. I was so glad that I had gone with Sean’s suggestion. Another thing that I really liked about MiBox, is that the loading and unloading of the container is all done in a way that the containers are never tipped on an angle. So, you don’t have to worry about your boxes, furniture, etc. shifting during transportation. The container was then stored in their secured facility until things were finalized with my new house. They were friendly and easy to deal with and the drop off of the container at my new place went smoothly and was stress free. I highly recommend this company and will use their services again in the future and I hope this review will help with the decision-making process of someone out there who is looking to eliminate one stressful situation during their move.

I was in a pretty big bind because I'm working in Saskatchewan and living in calgary so I only had a few days to get everything done Chris dropped the bin off to me Friday afternoon and picked up Saturday. The service was amazing and quick. I was also very impressed with the equipment they have the fact that the bin got picked up flat so I know none of my stuff will get dislodged or squished or broken during the move. The bin was new and not damaged so I have no worries about keeping water and any other weather conditions out while they store it for me. The rates were also very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody and thank my buddy for recommending them to me

Shawn was outstanding - from actually answering his phone to answering all of our questions to being able to deliver or pick up a container on the same day we phoned. Absolutely outstanding!
