Michael Hill Chinook

This is store is the most worst location ever . I came here 3 weeks ago to get fix my broken ring . It takes 3 weeks and I don't recieve any call recieved what's going . So i decided to call them myself. And the manager here saying they can't fix my ring and try to help by me paying extra $100 to get a new one. I purchased proffesional care for this jewerly and he saying I still have to pay?!! I called Anderson location where I originally purchased the ring and spoke to the manager , She replace my ring without any cost coz according to her I have 12 months warranty with that . How can be possible that this chinook location said different and didn't even tell me about my 12 months warranty.? He is very unhelpful !! All they think is how to get the customer ripped off!!I'm a good blogger and I blog and make a reviews about this location !!!
So everyone will know how bad is this michael hill chinook location is!They will take advantage of you, especially when you don't know any about your warranty rights !

DONT BUY YOUR JEWERLY HERE!! If you get a problem with your purchase they will not help you!!!

I had some issues with my warranty and my prongs were repeatedly coming loose. You don't get a life time warrenty protection plan unless u pay for it(in my case was 800$) would be nice if that were included. And without the every 6 month inspections it also apparently voids your warrenty. Without the protection plan I couldn't get my diamond complimentary tightened and repairs were around 150$ Each time so it was a rip off. But aside from issues I had with warranty the manager accommodated me and tried to do what he could. My 1.5 Kt ring is beautiful but I have had the prongs come loose numerous times

Terrible...terrible customer service they are not reliable. I bought my wedding ring there they mixed up everything. It took a while to get our wedding ring. Then I brought my ring there to be fix he told me he will call once they will know how much the quote is. I waited for over a week still they didn't call. I regret getting our wedding ring there.

Terrible customer service. Tried to return a gift from my father in Ottawa and they wouldn't accept the gift receipt that he mailed out along with the gift. They said that I'll need the original receipt in order to be reimbursed even though it says right on the gift receipt that you can return any items within 60 days of purchase. I wouldn't recommend shopping here.
