Wow! I was surprised how a so called store Manager named ANGELA (sorry but it doesnt even suits her name with her personality😤) treated my friend on refunding her money back that was double charged, I never seen my friend cried like that because she was so upset! it's not even her fault why she was double charged and she couldnt even treat my friend nicer or lets just say not even rude to her, I am not sure how she became a Manager, looks like she missed her CUSTOMER SERVICE training. No matter what the situation is, if you are having a bad day, you should treat everyone with respect. I will never ever buy here. ANGELA try to resfresh your CUSTOMER SERVICE skills if you even have it, if you, your own self, already realized you suck , ( you really are! 😤) maybe just do an office job, so you are isolated from other people, seriously! you can ruin alot of customers day in retail field.

If there is a zero it's Zero rating at Chinook Michael Kors, they don't help you !
I am standing in line in front of the cashier waiting to pay and the lady wearing turtle neck (gray dress sweater with huge black eyeglasses ) didn't even care to help or ask if I need help or want something!
I'm buying a wallet and didn't ever Help me at all ignoring me

If you have money and want to treat a women with a new purse she'll be happy with a bag from here expect to shell out the $$$. I asked for men's wallets they had 5 in a glass case.

Wanted to love Michael Kors everytime but the worst customer service always does something that I could hate the brand....
I bought a wallet few days ago and it's not fit for my coach crossbody that's why I went chinook Michael Kors store to return with original recipet and price tag... the staff told me yes definitely I can return it and she called her manager, I honestly told to the manager (as she told her name ANGELA) that I tried once this wallet but it's not fit for my crossbody then she told me did I use it.. I told her yes just one time.. she told me that I can't return because I used it.. I ask her 'does the wallet looks like very much used?? I used once that's why I realized this is not fit..'
She asked me 'what do you expect from us that we will take back the used product?'
I was shocked because not for the return policy, I was shocked the way she was talking with me..
I wanted to ask her that what she expect from a customer to answer her question that what customer expect from a mannerless manager?

Miss Angela I hope you will read the review and try to make yourself a mannered person...
And I won't do shopping from here anymore.. even no michael kors anymore.. Better I sticked with my Coach..

And lastly I wouldn't give one star mark if there is any option for no star mark...

Just had a great experience.
I was buying a purse as a gift. Have zero experience with purchasing purses. Staff was extremely helpful. Did a great job explaining prices & styles.
I am very happy with my purchase & they did a great job gift wrapping it.
Will definitely shop there again.
