Wanted to check out my FAVORITE STORE, especially learning that there is an OUTLET in my city... i was EXTATIC! was only looking today.. only had 20$ on me.. but wanted to check it out.. if i liked anything.. mental note and come back pay day.. well. This sunday night the mall closed at 6pm. At 545pm i approached Michael Kors located at CrossIron Mills, Calgary. I noticed a larger crowd than i would have expected.... but whatevs.. sometimes it gets busy... i took two steps into the store and a Woman very quickly.. very loudlg. And EXTREMELY RUDELY... told me to leave, that they are no longer acceptibg customers. I told her i wasnt buying.. just wanted to look. Again she told me no.. that the store is closed and shes asking ppl to leave.. NOTE.. 545pm. Theres still 15mins of observation time and if i chlose to purchase... i have the right to do so. But nope.

I told her fine.. ill stand right here and look from here.. she then again got up in my face.. i side my co.fort zone for sure and told me sternly... that the store is closed and she needs to clear out the store in order to close up... this time may 550pm.. stilll 10mins of time to look. She disliked my "ill stand here and look" and she threatened to call security if i didnt leave... when there was roughly 25ppl still in the store.

I think this entire staff should all be let go.. and hire on some individuals who actually ENJOY customer service.

THE MANAGER WILL GET AN EAR FULL. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST UGLIEST DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. WHAT IF I WAS A SECRET SHOPPER??? THE WHOLE STORE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A BIG FAT ZRO to take back to their division leaders...

the staff are rude and ignore customers. THEY ARE ON THEIR CELL AMD TALK WITH THEIR FRIEND AT ALL TIME!! ALL MK PRODCUT AND SERVICEs are horribly terrible!

I had very good exprience every time I shoped in this store ,staff were very helpful and patient and because I was spending more than $250 I got better discount

Always had a bad experience with this store ..
I first bought a watch they did not even check it and gave me scratched old watch I drove all the way from Regina and was so pissed when went home and checked..
Second time bought a purse and charged me wrong price when I called and check was told to come to the store when I drove from edmonton
Awful customer service they should check properly what they are sellling or charging the customer for..

I shop here and will continue to shop here for the deals and not the customer service. The customer service is awful. All the employees walk around the store and look bored, never bothering to ask customers if they need help. It's really annoying when I have to chase down an employee to go grab a purse for me. I get this vibe that if they think you aren't good enough to shop there they will ignore you. The people working at the cash are also horrible. They don't even bother trying to seem friendly or approachable and are ridiculously slow. I tried to tell this girl that I wanted my two purchases separate and every time I opened my mouth to say this she would turn around abruptly and go help or talk to the other cash people instead of finishing with my purchase first. It's ridiculous when employees spend 5 mins doing things that they should be doing at another time and you have to stand there and wait to pay.

My wife seems to enjoy this high end store. For me the staff are attentive to her needs and the prices are what you expect for this designer store.

I found the customer service excellence in the store. I went in numerous times looking for a new bag, the girls were very helpful. One suggested that I try putting all my things in the bag that I was considering to make sure that everything fit to my satisfaction and she also brought me several other options based on the criteria I had given her. I didn't make a choice at that point in the afternoon and came back two more times later on in the day. Each time I went, it was just a minute or so before someone was there to help me.
