Every client I work with has website traffic with 50% or more on a mobile device, and some as high as 80%. The voice search element is also huge. Voice search is growing exponentially... my children don't even type anything anymore. It's all voice for them. Because I focus primarily in recreation and tourism, highlights for me were Michael Smith - Head of Digital Strategy at Gatorade, Cathy Tull - CMO for the Las Vegas Convention & Visitor Authority, and Chris Kneeland - the CEO of CULT and co-founder of Communo, which is the collective I work with to provide expertise to my clients beyond my own. Though timing of my travels and meetings had me miss Brené Brown and Paul Brant, my mind is swimming with some great new ideas and focus. It’s always a great event and Banff was amazing as always.
