Dollar driven. Customer service is not a priority

I like to write positive reviews. I can't for this Midas.

I called them on a promotion they had running for tires (buy three, get one free). While the prices were terrible (assuming there actually was a promotion, their non-promotion prices are simply ridiculous), it was their contemptuous attitude towards clients that annoyed me. It took three calls to get a price for a set of Michelines. When I pointed out that a set of Michelins was more than $300 less elsewhere, the Midas rep told me to go elsewhere and hung up the phone.

I recommend you take this Midas' advice and go elsewhere.

Had an oil change and some tires installed. Service was friendly and on time, and price was very reasonable. I will return here for my next service without hesitation. Keep an eye on the Midas site for coupons!

I had read good reviews online so I thought I would try Midas on 16th out. I knew what I wanted to get done (as advised by my dealer) so I told Midas. They inspected my car and noticed some fixes were unnecessary, money saved. Also, the bottom panel on my car was dangling after I picked my car once from the dealership. I've been to the dealership so many times and it was never fixed. I went to Midas for the first time and as I was getting into my car, I noticed that part was fixed. I couldn't believe it, just kept smiling in my car. Thank you for going above and beyond in your service. I was truly impressed.

I don't normally turn to car shops - I do most car repairs myself - up to changing an engine.

While working on an exhaust I ran into a problem which required a tool I don't have. I called Midas - Mike helped me out and was more than fair to me. I chatted with another fellow about cars, diagnostics, and the auto industry. Both struck me as decent guys who know what they're talking about.

I wouldn't hesitate to take my car into this shop.

I tried a $49 summer maintenance package. Most of the things done were good, but there were a few things that had to be fixed after my appointment, costing more money in the end. The oil was overfilled, and they mentioned my tires were overfilled and they removed some air. When I checked my tires after, they were at 24 psi, and they were supposed to be at 30 to 32 psi (Ford Escape). I wouldn't recommend coming here to save money. If you can afford it go somewhere else.
