Booked an appt for brake inspection was told would only take 30-45 mins ....after 2.5 hours still not finished had to cancel my other appointments for the day.

Bob is excellent in diagnosing the problem. He will find the answer without the 'hit and miss tactics' of changing parts and wasting money. All the family-cars go to this Midas location. Thank you Bob, Jim and the Team.

Started out strong here! But as it turns out, they are the typical gouging mechanic that one hopes now a days would have gone the way of the dinosaur "extinct "! I am unfortunately stuck with them for my lifetime warranty with brakes. However it might just not be worth the slow service and misleading diagnostics. That would really have left a outrageous dent in the wallet.

Somewhat rude on phone.

I bring in my car , they figure out the problem and than go through the ways to fix my car to my price range (at that moment). We agree with a price , the service is finished , and I pay .
Bob has seen most of my cars throughout the last 5-7 years.
