Midas

The owner was present under my truck with a employee when they removed a piece from my truck and did not tell me about it while I was having a simple oil change. That was a Friday. Went to work Monday and ended up at a transmission shop for a leak for a piece that was missing. I've waited 3 weeks for any kind of acknowledgement for not telling me what they decided didn't belong to my truck. My husband and I won't be back after over 10 years of doing business there. This could have cost me my transmission. It's not customer service to only tell the truth when confronted.

These folks are just wonderful!

We live in BC but my son started attending school in Camrose in the fall of 2016. He drives a car that a student can only afford, so needless to say it requires some maintenance on occasion. He knows nothing about cars and has very little interest so like any over bearing parent, I have to quarterback from 1000kms away.

Since arriving in Camrose he has taken his car into Midas on 5 or 6 occasions, sometimes for nickle and dime stuff which they have not charge us for, and a couple of times for repairs in the few hundred dollar range.

They always call me and keep me in the loop and are always honest and straight up with me, and always hold true to their word.

My son refers to the fellas at Midas as " His Boys" Lol. And knows that anytime he has a little car trouble he can always drop in there for a quick diagnoses, and when they cant fix it on the spot and send him on his way, arrangement for repairs.

If you live in Camrose, give this team a try next time you need anything done to your car. I'm certain you will be pleased!

Super efficient. Super friendly. Dropped in twice with emergency vehicle problems. I got squeezed in even it was late. Problem was solved and the price not overboard. They got my recommendation and I'll try to book with Tim again if there are vehicle problems.
