Its not a huge number but 4 days ago i could not clean a 210lb log and today I was able to hit 280lbs. First day in 2 months where the elbow has no pain. Hey guys just a little update about the injury. Had a severe tendonitis. And ended up get a cortisone shoot. Its now the next day and feel 100% but still need to rest it today.
