Mila Madden Academy was established in Calgary, Alberta when two microblading artists came together to create a business partnership that will last forever, they knew they had a vision that would change this industry forever. From the very beginning they shared a vision, they believed that if they invested in the quality of their products and training experience, rather than marketing, people who fell in love with Mila Madden Academy would spread the word and they were right. Both known for their drive and expertise in the business world of beauty, eyelashes and eyebrows, they were attuned to the needs of the beauty industry and have always managed to stay a step ahead.

Their vision is what stands behind their company and sets them apart from the rest. Frustrated because of the lack of training and support in the industry that would not help other women be successful with their careers and businesses once they were trained; their aim was to develop an academy that would fulfill the needs for women entrepreneurs to succeed for a lifetime.

The two entrepreneurs researched for years, the best products and training techniques that they could provide and with every one on one training they provided and with their own professional work and word-of-mouth, popularity grew.
