I have wanted a Mini Cooper for as long as I can remember. On August 16, 2017 my wife and I walked into Mini Crowfoot and met Carmen Stockton. Instantly we were drawn to her smile, charisma, and incredibly positive energy. We knew immediately that we had found a new friend. All of this transpired before we even knew we were about to become Mini owners. She wasn't a sales person, but rather she became our partner, advocate, and sounding board for the many questions we didn't know we even had. Not once did we feel pressured or anxious in Mini Crowfoot. The process was effortless and, I'll admit it, enjoyable.

Carmen, Boaz, Sam, and Al exemplify professionalism and incredible customer service. All of them are a testament to what business development teams should look like. We can't say enough good things about the staff at Mini Crowfoot and wouldn't hesitate for a minute to send people their way:)

I'm sure it's obvious but we are now the proud owners of a 2017 Mini Cooper. It is awesome!

My husband bought me a MINI for Christmas 2016. He dealt with Carmen at MINI Crowfoot. He went on and on about her! He said she was friendly, approachable, professional and just great to deal with. He too is in sales so really appreciated the experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Carmen a few months later to pick up my car. She took her time going through all the features of my MINI. Purchased my Mini Cooper S in March and could not be happier. I have wanted a Mini for 5+ years, but it was dealing with Carmen Stockton and Sam Barbour that made the difference. Carmen found a car matching my exact specifications and Sam made purchasing easy and super fast. Carmen went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable with Sales and Service Management too. Beautiful facility with great friendly staff - keen to assist. While not particularly conveniently located to my office ... they are always willing to help with a car shuttle or rental while servicing my sweet Mini Cooper S.

We have had a great experience at MINI Crowfoot! We came in months ago to browse and we were met with great service from the start. After hearing about the great service that Mini Crowfoot provides, I drove my Mini Cooper down to Calgary from Edmonton to get it repaired. Paul in the service department, went above and beyond to fix my Mini Cooper. He was able to book the car in for a service appointment very quickly within 2 days of when I called. Each day that the mechanics worked on the car, Paul called me to update me on the status of the vehicle. He explained all of the diagnosed issues very thoroughly and clearly to me via phone as well as in person when I picked up the vehicle. I was extremely impressed with the service that I received and will definetely take the drive down to Calgary if I need to get my car repaired in the future. Mini Crowfoot is very trustworthy, efficient, and professional- I would recommend anyone to get their Mini serviced at this dealership. By far the best service that I have received!
