Jessica was born and raised in Waterford, Ireland. At the tender age of 3 she began Irish Dancing and fell in love with it. She enjoyed a successful competitive career winning Championship titles throughout Ireland and over sea's. At the age of 18 she began her career as a professional Irish Dancer. She toured Mexico and performed with the dance show Rhythm of the Dance and then went on to tour Europe with the dance show Dance Masters. At the age of 20 Jessica Emigrated to Canada and at 21 was delighted to become an MRG (Múinteoir Le Rincí Gaelacha - Teacher of Irish Dance) with Comhdháil Na Múinteoirí Le Rincí Gaelacha, otherwise known as An Comhdháil - The Congress of Irish Dance Teachers.
