We used Misura to do our taxes for several years. Not once in 4 years did we ever meet anyone! They had us drop our paperwork off at the front desk and pick it up when it was done. The first year they screwed up majorly, (to the tune of an additional $4000 out of our pocket) which I luckily caught before it was sent to Revenue Canada. They acted like it was no big deal, didn't apologize or credit any of the steep bill we'd paid for them to do our taxes! We continued with them because we couldn't find another company that was taking new personal clients. This year, we found a new company and the difference was UNBELIEVABLE!!!
